Life can be difficult living from minute to minute. During high school, I would consistently find myself planning the day as it unfolded. The problem here was balancing time to relax from time to work. I provided an unstable foundation during the day- prepping it to crash down at 2:00 in the morning. So be the smart student. Don?t follow my sloppy path riddled with excuses and laziness ? take the 5 minutes each day to maximize your organization and minimize your stress level. Here?s how?
